Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession whose members are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). The role of a Chiropractor is to diagnose, treat, manage and prevent disorders of the musculoskeletal system i.e. bones, joints and muscles. Treatment techniques can also include ultrasound, shockwave or laser therapy. The aims of treatment are to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility thus greatly effecting a persons quality of life.
